Getting used to my new computing environment. Also experimenting with the Mighty Blur, without doubt the most underrated of all "filters". At least everything seems to work ok again, apart from the fact that my favorite keyboard shortcuts have been stolen by the new desktop environment, switching between windows seems to be in its infancy on this new system (and the task bar has gone as well) and I now have to click to re-activate the menu bar after every single operation on an image in Le Gimp. Long live programmers and progress.
